Measurement gaps

The gap between the amount of water that passed through the central water meter in the property, and the amount of water measured in all of the private water meters in the property during the period of charge.

Measurement gaps are divided between all consumers on the property, and the relative portion is added to the private water consumption.

Measurement gaps derive from, among other things, usage of the main piping for the joint needs of all the building, such as: maintenance of common property, washing, watering the garden and more. Sometimes, measurement gaps derive from leakages in the joint water pipes.

How are the measurement gaps distributed?

By law, the default for distributing the charge for measurement gaps is equal division between all consumers on the property.
